Abstrakt | A prototype of nuclear stetoscope with real time monitoring and classifying the ejection fraction for each heart cycle was developed. The radioactivity detected by nuclear probe is counted by 12 bit binary counter. The ECG signal is amplified and digitized with 10 bit resolution. Controlling of counting and ECG sampling is done by a clock which is added to control logic. Data are fed to microprocessor and displayed with graphic resolution of 1024x512. The following software functions were developed: acquisition and storing the data from nuclear probe at 50 msec and ECG signal at 6 msec; control of optimal positioning of nuclear probe in backround area and left ventricle; computation of the two parametrical diagram (interval area and arc) from initial ECG record and selecting the parametric limits for ORS complex differentiation; manual determination of diagnostic parameters from "frozen" image; real time monitoring of both signals with classified ejection fraction and printing the results and signal's curves by matrix printer. In the future the alarming at critical values of parameters, cycle averaging with Fourier analysis and rhythm analysis will be added. | |
