Abstrakt		The short overview of our practical experiences with the realisation of the application in EIS GENTIA in Ceska pojistovna has been given. We tried to extract the common experiences from the concrete problems concerning the Ceska pojistovna and we hope that this paper brings more than the overview of single project run. Possible topic for next article could be the maintenance and possible extension of the product. In the case of the product's extension into other departments, the problem of the integration with the existing application must be solved. And this is the possible main topic of the nextarticle.
