Abstrakt		With the present research we tried to measure some influences of psychosocial rehabilitation process for people with chronic psychotic disorders involved in nongovernment rehabiliation services in Slovenia. We assessed corelation among different social and clinical risk factors and disabilities caused by psychotic disorders. We also compared clinical statuss, social performance and global assesment between two groups: first involved in rehabilitation process and the second that lives without rehabilitation services support. The results confirmed some already investigated characteristics of population with chronical psychotic disorders, first of all the fact that social performance of this group is much more dependent on social factors than on psychopathological ones. The comparison between groups confirmed the special social vulnerability of patients that search for help in rehabilitation services. We made a conclusion that the social support is necessary for fullfilment of social existential needs as well as the needs for socialization and work in the widest meaning of the word. These needs are answered by Slovene rehabilitation services, that are first of all of social nature. If we want to include other groups of patients, the rehabilitation services should answer to their more specific needs.
