Abstrakt		In the article key features of distance learning (DL) systems are described and problems related to the implementation of DL for users with special needs are highlighted. DL system currently implementated in the Laboratory forTelecomunications. Faculty of electrical engineering, University of Ljubljana is presented. Plants to apply the "design for all" concept to the system and the learning materials are explained.
