Abstrakt		The paper stresses the significance of preventive programmes in childrens dispensaries. It shows the possibilities of implementing the programmes and also the problems, which the expert bodies and those responsible for organizing, financing and implementing these programmes have not yet elucidate. The complete Instructions for the implementation of preventive programmes on the primary health care level have been published. By setting up a pyramid of responsible regional physicians and a national expert organizational body at the National Institute of Public Health, a great step has been made toward a uniform implementation of preventive activities all over our country. Those carrying out the preventive programmes will be obliged to obtain the corresponding licences for their implementation. The paper also mentions the most tentative points of the preventive programmes: uniform files, norms, information system and evaluation.
Izvleček		V prispevku je poudarjen pomen preventivnih programov v dispanzerjih za otroke. Prikazane so možnosti za izvajanje programov in problemi, ki jih strokovni organi in odgovorni za organizacijo, plačevanje in izvajanje teh programov, še niso dokončno dorekli. V celoti so objavljena Navodila za izvajanje preventivnih programov na primarni ravni zdravstvenega varstva. S postavljanjem piramide odgovornih regijskih zdravnikov in nacionalnega strokovno organizacijskega telesa pri Inštitutu za varovanje zdravja Republike Slovenije je napravljen velik korak naprej pri enotnem izvajanju preventivne dejavnosti po vsem ozemlju naše domovine. Izvajalci preventivnih programov bodo morali pridobiti ustrezne licence za njihovo izvajanje. Nakazane so tudi najbolj nedorečene strani preventivnih programov: enotne kartoteke, normativi, informacijski sistem in evaluacija.
