Abstrakt		From January 1995 to December 1998 we managed 39 patients with panfacial injuries. Our approach based on two principles: immediate and definitive treatment of bone and soft tissue injuries, and concomitant repair of dura with adequate neurosurgical treatment. External frame first and only then occlusion was restored. For this reason in some cases the end result is a compromise between esthetics and function. In the following article we present our experience and treatment protocol for panfacial fractures.
