Abstrakt		At the beginning of this year we found out the project officially called The project to renew and modernize the HE Moste. In 1952 they built the water electricity plant Moste in northwest Slovenia. At that time no one dared to speak against the human "victory over earth", but today we evaluate in the sense of preserving the natural environment, the habitat of rare plant and animal species.
