Abstrakt		There are numerous gynecological diseases requiring medical assistance. Additionally, there are gynecological diseases, requiring minor or major surgical interventions. Experienced nursing team with the knowledge of complete current nursing care principles is very important with all emergency situations. The article deals with the causes of emergency gynecological diseases, the role of the medical nurse in providing quality nursing care to patients threatened by emergency gynecological conditions from admission to discharge, as well with collaboration of the medical nurse with medical technicians-rescuers.
