Abstrakt		A nurse at the PGUMC is often exposed to agressive patients as the first to get in touch with them. A very special problem are psychic patients and addicts, and also other patients, which because of their personality respond aggressively to their problems and quickly feel endangered. It is very important for medical staff to aproach such patients in a way to calm the patient in a way to calm the patient and also to protect themselves and also other present patients. Collaboration with other services, such as security services or police becomes very important in cases like this. I enclose a docoment describing a case of an aggressive patient.
