Abstrakt		The frequency of eclampsy is depend on success and organisation antenatality care. Eclampsy always occurred with first symptom of pregnancy. This symptoms are objective and subjective. This form of pregnancy toxaemia often affect a women, that gives a birth the first time manyfeternal pregnancy. For preeclampsy are the most significant P (proteinury) and H (hipertenzy). For medical care is the most necessary, that medical nurse has a good medical knowledge of diagnose because each illness occurred specifically fixed health problem with different body, soul and social gravity or importance.
