Abstrakt		Structure of skeletal muscle concerning muscle fibre types is usually determined by invasive histochemical methods. Histochemical analysis usually includes number and size of muscle fibre types which enables estimation of muscle fibres contribution to the skeletal muscle response. Comparison of biomechanical properties of muscle response measured by non-invasive measuring method and histochemical analysis of the same muscles on comparable sample of subjects reveals high correlation.
