Abstrakt     The aim of this research was to establish the impact of high-intesitive exercise (Bosco test) on muscle belly response to electrical stimulus of muscle vastus lateralis (TMG response). Contractile properties have been studied by using selective by using selective noninvasive method known as tensiomyographic method (TMG). The study involved 15 rendom chosen male students (at Faculty of Sport , University of Ljubljana, Slovenia) aiged 25,5 +-2,1 years, height 180,6 +-4,4 cm, weight 73,9 +-6,9 kg (all data presented as average +- standard deviation). Each subject has performed a 60 sekund set of half-squat vertical jumps at full power. This physical exercise is known as Bosco test. The study has revealed as follows: a) the TMG responses before and after Bosco test have shown to be statistically different b) correlation among muscle belly responses, post-Bosco test maximal lactate concentration and Bosco test results has shown to be statistically significant. The study has confirmed our hypothesis which indicated that high intensity exercise impacts on TMG response. In order to provide more accurate interpretation of many other factors that might also cause changes in TMG response further investigations have to be carried out.
