| Abstrakt | The article presents the guidelines for diagnostic procedures in patients with secondary headache. According to International Headache Sotiety guidelives, secondary headache is classified on the basis of its etiology. All the diagnostic procedures are therefore also based on this classification. For an accurate diagnosis of secondary headache, it is most important to obtain the patient's comprehensive medical history and to perform a thorough clinical examinaion,which should be followed by etiologically oriented diagnostic proucedures. | |
| Izvleček | Članek prikazuje smernice za pomoč pri diagnostiki sekundarnih glavobolov. Po razvrstitvi Mednarodnega združenja za glavobole so sekundarni glavoboli razvrščeni na osnovi vzrokov za njihov nastanek. Na osnovi vzročne razvrstitve slonijo tudi diagnostični postopki. Za diagnozo sekundarnega glavobola je potrebna natančna anamneza in natančen klinični pregled bolnika in šele nato sledi usmerjen diagnostični postopek. | |
