Abstrakt | In high-producing cows a healthy udder is of greatest economic importance. Within the programme of permanent monitoring the milk profile test (MPT) is being implemented, it includes numerous parameters that help monitor the metabolic and health status of dairy cows. Indicators of subclinical mastitis are, among other factors also the basic milk components. On a monthly basis milk samples were (n = 804) collected during the lactation period from dairy cows (n = 105) on 5 farms. Basic components (% of fats, % of proteins, % of lactose) and SCC in milk were determined. We established that with the increase of SCC the protein content also increased linearly, while the lactose content decreased. With multiple analysis of variance we determined the impact of other factors (farm, season, breed, stage and number of lactations) and presented a part of the interpreted variance. With a statistical model we managed to interpret for milk components 47.47 % variability for % of lactose, 42.52 % variability for % of proteins and 24.29 % variability for % of fats and 44.18 variability for total SCC in milk. Statistically significant impact on basic milk components had the successive lactation, stage of lactation and total SCC.
Molznicam (n = 105) s 5 farm smo mesečno odvzeli mlečne vzorce (n = 804), v katerih smo določali osnovne sestavine mleka (odstotek maščob, beljakovin in laktoze) in število somatskih celic (ŠSC). Z multiplo analizo variance smo ocenili vplive drugih dejavnikov (farms, pasma, obdobje laktacije, zaporedno število laktacije, letni čas) ter prikazali delež pojasnjene variance.
