Abstrakt     The pollen measurement has been performed on two locations in Slovenia: in the central part of the state in Ljubljana and at the north Adriatic coast in Koper. In July the following allergic pollen types were present in the air: sweet chestnut, grass, nettle family, plantain, nugworth and Chenopodiaceae family. In july the grass and plantain pollen concentration was low all month round on both locations: in Ljubljana and in Koper (Figures 3.4, 3.5). Pollen from Nettle family was present all month round (Figure 3.3), the concentration in Koper was low. In Ljubljana the concentration increased in the third decade of the month up to 63 pollen grains/m3 on July 23. The Chenopodiaceae pollen was airborne in the first and third decade of July, in the second decade it was absent due to unfavourable weather. Mugworth pollen started to appear in Ljubljana in the middle of the month, in Koper in the last few days of July (Figure 3.6). The sweet chestnut pollen concentration was ligh at the beginning of the month. After July 12 the concentration was very low (Figure 3.2).
