Abstrakt		The aim of this randomized study was to compare the efficacy and safety of amoxicillin-clavulanic acid with those of co-trimoxazole in the treatment of acute uncomplicated, acute complicated and recurrent uncomplicated urinary tract infections in children and adolescents. The amoxicillinclavulanic acid group included 24 and the co-trimoxazole group 20 children and adolescents.
