Abstrakt		The article recommends standardized reporting of macroscopical examination and histopathological diagnosis of pancreatic specimens resected due to malignant tumours of the exocrine pancreas. Proper clinical data, so as close collaboration between pathologists and surgeons is crucial for adequate surgical pathology report.
Izvleček		V prispevku predlagamo standardizacijo makroskopskega pregleda in histopatološkega poročila pri kirurških vzorcih malignih tumorjev eksokrinega dela trebušne slinavke. Za standardiziran izvid s kirurške patologije tega področja so nujno potrebni ustrezni klinični podatki in dobro sodelovanje med patologom in kirurgom.
