Abstrakt		To study the activity and mechanism of pore formation of equinatoxin-II, a cytolisin isolated from a sea anemone, we use different membarne models i. e. cell membranes, liposomes and lipid monolayers. In this work, we have determined to what extent the results obtained in one system can be extrapolated to the others.
Izvleček		Pri preučevanju aktivnosti in mehanizma nastanka pore ekvinatosina II is morske vetrnice smo uporabili različne membranske modele, kot so: celične membrane, lipsomi in lipidni enosloji. Želeli smo ugotoviti, koliko so si rezultati dobljeni z različnimi sistemi podobni in ali lahko rezultate dobljene z eno metodo prenesemo in posplošimo tudi za druge metode.
