Abstrakt		Peri-arrest arrhythmias require prompt action in order to prevent deterioration, to prevent another cardiac arrest, and to stabilize cardiovascular system after successful resuscitation. The present article brings an outline of the last guidelines on management of bradycardia, broad complex tachycardia, atrial fibrillation and narrow complex tachycardia. Importance of careful patient assessment over just analyzing the ECG strip is emphasized. Crucial questions that guide diagnostic and therapeutic decisions in different emergencies to provide quick and quality care are also pointed out.
