Abstrakt		A 15-year-old girl had been treated due to idiopatic scoliosis with Milwaukee brace for 2,5 years. A pain in her back that lasted a few weeks was assumed to be a result of skeletal growth and progressive scoliotic lateral deviation. In a week before the admission to a hospital the pain in her back progradiated. On the day of admission to Orthopedic Clinics a sudden spastic paraparesis developed. MRl and CT showed extradural expansive process compressing dural bag and medullar conus. Urgent chirurgic decompression with paliative resection of osteoblastoma with instrumental stabilisation from Th 11 to L4 was provided. Additional radiotherapy was performed.
