Abstrakt     Background. In epidemic enlargement of frequency of traffic injuries with extensive and serious posttraumatic sequels is important for the expert to make the right evaluation of relations between the injury mechanism and the posttraumatic sequels induceing the reduction of general life activities and disability. General recomendations for objective chriteria in algesimetry are still not established- it means one reason more to respect the stratification of pain as a symptom and as illness in chronic pain which can become a standard companion of the injured patient after the traffic injury. Conclusions. This article cintributes a review of classification of pain variety according to the originator of pain and pain sequels. The stratification of pain originators and factors induceing persistance of pain, show a variety of pain transition from a symptom to the "illness per se" because of obstinacy, stereotipic form of repetition and because of the involvement of the autonomic nervous system in pain maintenance. It is very important to understand the pathophysiology of the emanation of chronic pain and conception of central senzitisation of the human body to the nociception in injury and during the healing process. The reaction of the patients body to the nociceptive pain stimulus depends on individual reaction to pain, on sex, gender and age, predisposing factors, duration and variety of nociceptive pain input. The article shows the "problems of pain visibility" and reflexions about objectivisation in algesimetry and discuss how to avoid possible manipulations with facts in expert procedures.
