Abstrakt		An insurance becomes involved in a case of damaging after a roaad accident only when the treatment of the injures person of the person involved in a road accident is practically concluded or when the treatment is concluded in one or another way leaving severe or mild consequences. An insurance usually deals with a road accident and with the people injured in such accident only when the following three key conditions are fullfilled: a valid insurance contract has been made, an insurance event has occurred, and a person involved in traffic has filed a claim or announced the occurrence of an insurance event.
