Abstrakt		In the first part, the author presents Intranet Web site contents, topics significance and methods of informing, counseling and supporting people with special needs. The second part discusses users relation to particular topic or information applicability. Autonomous topics contain applicable directives and expedient information to support rehabilitation treatment and accelerate independence in daily living activities. Special emphasis is given to the dilemma about Web site status. On the basis of research, a presentation is made of expedience/aimlessness of such Web sites and justification/unjustifiability of exposing Intranet Web site contents to the Internet. Research results have shown a need for the continuation and regular improvement of the Intranet Web site contents with main stress on assistive devices and technical solutions and the necessity for a broad public-awareness campaign on the problems of people with special needs.
