Abstrakt     Conconi's test is a comparatively simple and accesible test for rough determination of anaerobic threshold. Two modifications of Conconi's test that can be performed in the gym or in the playing court were developed for the use in basketball praxis. An uncomplicated computer programme "Tempo" (Lekše,1999) was developed by means of which the running tempo can be dictated and monitored with considerable accuracy. When comparing the applicability of both tests it can be concluded that the CSS200 test is more suitable with regard to the movement in basketball as well as in other ball games. The advantage of the CSS200 test is also the fact that the running tempo can be dictated and monitored with great accuracy. The results of the first comparative study show that with the CSS140 test the examinees achieve higher average and maximum heart rate, higher heart rate at the anaerobic threshold, as well as higher lactate concentration immedeately after the test.
Izvleček     Conconijev test je razmeroma enostaven in dostopen test za grobo določanje anaerobnega praga. Za potrebe košarkarske prakse smo razvili dve različici (modifikaciji) Conconijevega testa, ki ju izvajamo v telovadnici oziroma na košarkarskem igrišču. Razvili smo tudi preprost računalniški program Tempo (Lekše, 1999), s pomočjo katerega lahko dokaj natančno določimo in nadzira mo hitrost (tempo) teka. Če primerjamo uporabnost obeh testov, lahko rečemo, da je CSS200 primernejši za uporabo z vidika gibanja v košarki in tudi pri drugih športnih igrah. Prednost testa CSS200 je tudi v tem, da lahko zelo natančno narekujemo in nadziramo hitrost (tempo) teka. Rezultati prve primerjalne študije kažejo, da merjenci pri testu CSS140 dosegajo višji povprečni in maksimalni srčni utrip, višji srčni utrip pri anaerobnem pragu ter tudi višjo koncentracijo laktatov takoj po končanem testu.
