Abstrakt		ERCP is an important diagnostic and therapeutic method at the treatment of complications after laparoscopic cholecistectomy. ERCP with EPT gives the optimal treatment to the patients with the remaining gallstones, bile fistulas and stenosis of the bile duct. Bile fistulas originating from cystic duct and peripheral bile ducts could be successfully treated by EPT.
