Abstrakt		Operation is the treatment of choice in primary hyperparathyroidism. Parathyroidectomy is indicated for symptomatic patients. The aim of operation is to remove all of pathologic parathyroid tissue and to preserve normal parathyroids. The basic requirements for success surgery are comprehensive knowledge of embriology and anatomy, appropriate operative approach and excellent bloodless operative tehnique.
