Abstrakt		The importance of experimental animals in immunology is indisputable, although today it tends to reduce the number of those experiments. Researchers which working with the experimental animals should be appropriatly qualified and they should consider to obligatory legislation. In work with the experimental animals it is necessary to be familiar with the basic physiological needs of animals, their basic anatomy, we should be acquainted with the animal handling, we must be informed with the procedures, performed in animals and consequences because of them. It should be realised that handling with the animal causes stress, procedures on animals also causes unpleasant feeling and pain. With the purpose to reduce negative influence on animals in experiments, we represent in the subscription some recommended proceedings in animals used in immunology field.
