Abstrakt		In two steps pilot plant we have examined activity of the mixed culture of bacteria in the process of nitrification and denitrification in pharmaceutical waste water. We considered the technological parameters, capacity and place limitations of the existing industrial biological waste water treatment plant in Krka. The mixed culture of bacteria was able to degrade the nitrogen compounds in 24 hours at various waste water quality with process hydrolysis (ammonification), nitrification and denitrification.
