Abstrakt		Children with early brain damage often present with balance disorders. We evaluated the vestibular apparatus function in 110 infants at risk of brain lesions. Our study confirmed a statistically significant correlation between vestibular apparatus dysfunction and the degree of neurological risk. Early recognition of vestibular disorders preconditions adequate rehabilatation and supports the acquisition of motor skills.
