Abstrakt		The aim of the study was to find out the differences on impact of methadone maintenance treatment (MMT) on the therapeutic compliance of uncompliant, psychopharmacotherapy resistant heroin-addicted psychiatric patients and to test the impact of MMT on the outcome of mental illness and addictive behaviour in patients.
