Abstrakt		Hereditary unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia are gaining interest in pediatric gastroenterology mainly because of their frequent appearance and different clinical pictures. In recent years, their diagnosis has been facilitated by the detection of genomic mutations. Hereditary unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia may be diviaded into syndrome Gilbert and Crigler Najjar's syndroma with two types of disease. This review draws attention to some actual clinical issues and recent developments in genetic diagnosis.
