Abstrakt		We are presenting formalization of expert AH model, developed for counseling in work humanization. The AH model has been developed on the results of field researches in different working environments. In this paper, formalization of attributes (field data), modeling (central part of the model with connections), and output (cycles defining advices) is presented. Formalization is developed to the level for possible application of machine learning.
