Abstrakt		The contribution gives a review of bibliography of the scientific and professional activities of the Institute of Hop Research and Brewing related to developing and using the MIN-MAX model on the composition of hop essential oil. It is presented mainly chronologically and not according to the importance of the contributions, to stress the possibility of using the model in various fields of scientific and professional work.
Izvleček		Prispevek podaja pregled bibliografskih podatkov, ki dokumentirajo znanstveno in strokovno delo Inštituta za hmeljarstvo in pivovarstvo pri razvoju in uporabi MIN-MAX modela za opisovanje sestave hmeljnega eteričnega olja. Navedbe so podane predvsem kronološko in manj po pomembnosti prispevkov, da je razvidna vse širša uporaba modela na različnih področjih.
