Abstrakt     To assess the effect of various typs of treatment options and rehabilitation on clinically relevant outcomes in patients with an acute and chronic low back pain, using a systematic literature review of randomised controlled trials. There was strong evidence that intensive multidisciplinary rehabilitation with functional restoration improves a function when compared with inpatient or outpatient treatments, reduces the pain, improves patient's satisfaction and work readiness. Less intensive treatments did not improve the pain and the function, or vocational outcomes.
