Abstrakt | | Complementary medicine (CM) is group of methods in prevention, dlagnostics, therapy and rehabilitation, which, in spite numerous imperfections, grows in the developed countries and have been more frequently attributed to positive list of medical insurance companies. The expansion of these activities urges medical establishment to decide about obligatory level of knowledge, licensing and safe practicing of CM methods. Although we should have expected CM methods to expand, there has not been any substantial progress in solving legislation of CM issues. The state of the CM in our country is not eitlter offcially or legally supported. Among legislative proceedure steps, the first one should be done in order to guarantee the patients' safety. Only by impletnenting those, medical fraud can he preven: ted and the effective methods of CM could be recognized into the global medicine.
