Abstrakt		Today's chiropractic is well known health care method around the world and has organization body which connects all chiropractors in the world (World Federation of Chiropractic WFC). WFC is also officially recognized as non governmental organization in the World Health Organization (WHO). Chiropractic is not recognized as health care activity in Slovenia. Public and officials are left to their own judgment of credibility and efficiency of chiropractic treatment and its practitioners. Article is discussing about the concept of chiropractic, its activity and domain of profession. For the nurse, it is very important to recognize true chiropractor from lay persons, and indications and conditions when chiropractic treatments are not recommended.
