Abstrakt		The authors describe a case of cleidocranial dysplasia in a female patient, who was first seen by an appropriate dental specialist at 19 years of age. She presented with multiple impacted supernumerary and regular teeth in the maxilla and the mandible. Six years after her first visit, the patient has a satisfactory functional and aesthetic status in the oral cavity, although a few unerupted teeth are still present in the jaws. The incomplete rehabilitation is the consequence of delayed initiation of treatment.
Izvleček		Opisan je primer pacientke s kleidokranialno displazijo, ki je prvič prišla k ustreznemu stomatološkemu strokovnjaku šele, ko je bila stara 19 let. V zgornji in spodnji čeljusti je imela retinirane nadštevilne in nekatere redne zobe. Rešitev pacientkinega problema je 6 let po prvem obisku dejavnostno in estetsko zadovoljiva, še vedno pa je v čeljustih nekaj neizraslih zob. Nepopolna rehabilitacija je posledica prepoznega pričetka zdravljenja.
