Abstrakt		Kidney transplantation is a proces demanding an interdisciplinary access in patient with chronic renal insuffitienty respectively renal recipient. Surgery has an important place in a period of preparing recipient and during or after renal transplantation. In this article basic surgical problems are emphasised with possible complications. We present also our points of view and experience in solving these problems. Understanding surgical aspect in renal transplantation contributes to better cooperatin with other speciality teams involved in transplantation.
