Abstrakt		The main purpose of this study was to examine the acoustičal and aerodynamic phonation parameters in 10 patients with organic voice disorders before and after the logopedic therapy. The methods: The acoustical analysis was made for sustained phonation of vowel /a/, and the maximum phonation time of vowels, and friction of sounds /s/ and /z/ were measured in seconds. The results revealed the statistically significant differences between the subjects before and after the logopedic treatment in follovving phonation parameters: fundamental frequency (f0), fundamental frequency perturbations (JitterJ and amplitude perturbations (Shimmer). The applied rehabilitation techniques and advantages of Dr. Speech Programme in the vocal therapy of patients with organic voice disorders were discussed. The conclusion: The logopedic treatment and appropriate counseling procedure affect the voice quality improvement in the patients with organic voice disorders.
