Abstrakt     Crohn's disease is one of the disorders characterized by intestinal inflammation of unknown etiology. Two distinct disorders, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, have been identified, each of which may be a heterogeneous group of diseases. The common name for all chronic intestinal inflammation syndromes in inflammatory bowel disease. There is strong evidence that classic ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease are distinct immnunopathogenetic entities. A common lesion observed in Crohn's disease is the aphthoid lesion, a small ulcer that originates from mucosal lymphoid aggregates that are scattered throughout the bowel. They can be localized from the mouth to the rectum. This article reviews the current state of knowledge about the clinical picture of Chron's disease and includes interesting case reports for better understanding.
