Abstrakt		The article discusses the problems of low back pain measurement. The need for measurement in rehabilitation medicine is recognized worldwide. Pain is one of the most frequent symptoms in medicine. However, it is difficult to measure. The article presents the most imporfant measurement tools for low back pain in European countries. VAS is used most frequently for the measurement of pain. For the measurement of disability and handicap Roland&Morris Disability Questionnaire - RMDO, Oswestry Pain Disability Questionnaire - OPDQ, Rehabilitation Activities Profile - RAP and Waddell Disability Index - WDI are used. Roland&Morris Disability Questionnaire - RMDQ seems to be the most sensitive and accurate. The article points out the problems of the lack of standardization and other conditions for accurate statistics. The article presents the results of the measurement with Roland and Morris Disability Questionnaire - RMDQ and Backill on 98 patient with low back pain in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic.
