Abstrakt		The aim of this case report is to show the usefullness of the cannulation of the external jugular vein in a field medicine. Since most of our medical proffesionals do not use this venous route, we hope that we can contribute to its wider use in the future, especially for critically ill patients. The case raport shows a successfull resuscitation of a patient with cannulated external jugular vein.
