Abstrakt     63-year old woman was admitted to Center for intensive internal medicine due to acute myocardial infarction of inferior wall. In performing coronarography we had some problems with the leading wire which seemed to get stuck in the aortic arch. We thought that myocardial infarction of the inferior wall was caused by type A aortic dissection with extension to the right coronary artery. At once we performed angio computer tomography, which did not confirm aortic dissection. After that PTCA of the right coronary artery was performed and two stents were implanted. The patient was then transfered to step-down coronary unit on day 2.
