Abstrakt     Headache is an unplesant feeling that originates from a certain part of your head caused by meninges, blood veins and their immediate surroundings. There are many factors that can cause you pain, but mosf headaches have an unknown mechanism of origination. Headache can also be a clear sign of subarachnoidal hemorrhage (SAH), where blood suddenly flows into the space between your brain and subarachnoidal membrane. Subarachnoidal hemorrhage is usually caused by aneurysm or some kind of infection and is a disease whit high mortality. If we anticipate, that a person could be suffering from subarachnoidal hemorrhage, we have to immediately render firstaid in form of supporting all vital functions and transport that person in to a hospital. A stroke, caused by irreversible damage of brain tissue and insufficient supply of brains whit oxygen, can be the result of such subarachnoidal hemorrhage. All three affections require medical examination, hospital diagnosis and a long lasting recovery.
