Abstrakt		According to available data from the Poisoning register of RS benzodiazepines, antidepressants and some neuroleptics are the most frequent reason for poisoning with psychopharmaca. These drugs are also often present in combined poisonings. Specific antidote flumazenil is at hand for benzodiazepine poisoning treatment only; treatment of other psychopharmaca poisoning is simptomatic. Use of flumazenile in combined poisonings is limited.
