Abstrakt		Everybody knows term head nurse and her responsibilities at clinical ward. At University Medical Center Ljubljana Ambulance station we haven't got anyone with such role until now. On 1:1.2003 we managed to organize new position - team leader (field supervisor). That person is responsible for supervising and management of field operations. During six-month period the work of team leader had shown very quick progress in our service and that this work place was needed.
