Abstrakt		Spinal immobilization became one of the most frequent immobilization procedures in the pre-hospital settings in our country and all over the world. There are several reasons for that: better patient conciseness, insurance speculations, higher and better providers education an knowledge, better equipment; standardized operations procedures. That resulted in larger number of spinal immobilizations, which were later found as unnecessary. For that reason there was developed special methodology called selective spinal immobilization.
