Abstrakt     This article is a case report of a 23. year old male, injured in a suicide jump. Particular measures were required in advance, because the rescue was performed on the sea coast. Despite the attempt to stabilize and prepare the patient for transport, we encountered several problems with the badly accessible field, the rising tide and low visibility. Because of the particularity of such cases, we now dedicate more attention and equipment in similar rescue actions at PHU Obala. The injured patients with polytrauma are related to high mortality rates and their lives are even more endangered if the rescue is performed in bad conditions.
