Abstrakt		The author explains in the article the meaning of supervision and how important it is to include it into complementary physiotherapists education for successful cooperation in the medical team. The author presents beginning of supervision in Slovenia and explains basic elements that are in connection with supervisionary process. The role of supervisionarist at personal and professional progress of individuals involved in supervisionary process is also exposed.
