Abstrakt		In the article author presents Cyriax approach in treatment of minor injuries contractile and noncontractile structures of locomotor system. Cases of active and recreative sportsmen support Cyriax approach, decrease time of rehabilitation and show how accurate clinical examination can be. Transverse friction in combination with tridimensional mobilisation or stretching, show to be on of the most effective choise for therapy.
